Yes—every dumpster includes a weight allowance based on its size. Exceeding that limit or loading debris above the top rail may result in additional charges. We keep it simple: you only pay extra if you go over your agreed allowance.
Typical weight limits:
10-yard dumpster: 2 tons (4,000 lbs)
20-yard dumpster: 3 tons (6,000 lbs)
30-yard dumpster: 4 tons (8,000 lbs)
40-yard dumpster: 5 tons (10,000 lbs)
What Roofing Debris Can Go in the Dumpster?
